2<\/span><\/td>\r\n Grazing Subsidy for Sheep<\/span><\/td>\r\n \r\n \r\n Nomadic Tribes-C Backward Class\r\nDhangars and similar communities in the\r\nMaharashtra state whose shepherd families\r\nhave at least 20 sheep and 1 Ram, per\r\nmonth Rs. 6,000\/-for a period of four\r\nmonths from June to September to allocate\r\na total of 24,000\/- grazing subsidy.\r\n\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/td>\r\n 5.00 Crore<\/span><\/td>\r\n 3.33 Crore<\/span><\/td>\r\n \r\n \r\n A total of 3470 beneficiaries have\r\nbeen allocated under the said\r\nscheme and accordingly the\r\nselection process of the\r\nbeneficiaries has been completed\r\nthrough the district selection\r\ncommittee and accordingly the\r\nprocess of providing actual benefits\r\nto the beneficiaries is underway.\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/td>\r\n <\/tr>\r\n
3<\/span><\/td>\r\n Subsidy for Purchase of Land for Sheep and Goat Rearing<\/span><\/td>\r\n \r\n \r\n On the lines of the scheme implemented for the upliftment of the tribal society, \" nomadic tribes (NT-C)\u201d for the beneficiaries of the backward class Dhangars and similar communities under the state level scheme for landless shepherd families. 75% of the price of the land for purchase of 1 gunta land for semi-closed, closed sheep rearing or 75% of the amount to be paid as rent for taking land on lease agreement for a minimum period of 30 years as one time lump sum financial assistance of maximum Rs. 50,000\/- to distribute subsidy\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/td>\r\n 5.00 Crore<\/span><\/td>\r\n 3.33 Crore<\/span><\/td>\r\n \r\n \r\n A total of 1666 beneficiaries have\r\nbeen allocated under the said\r\nscheme and accordingly the\r\nselection process of the\r\nbeneficiaries has been completed\r\nthrough the District Selection\r\nCommittee and accordingly the\r\nprocess of providing actual benefits\r\nto the beneficiaries is underway\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/td>\r\n <\/tr>\r\n
4<\/span><\/td>\r\n To set up a\r\ndepartmental\r\nlaboratory for\r\nproduction of\r\ngoat and sheep\r\nsemen under the\r\nCentrally\r\nsponsored\r\nNational\r\nLivestock\r\nMission<\/span><\/td>\r\n \r\n \r\n Establishment at Tirth, Tuljapur, Dharashiv for goat\/sheep semen productionUnder the Centrally Sponsored National\r\nLivestock Mission, it is proposed to set up\r\na Divisional Laboratory for Goat and\r\nSheep Semen Production for genetic\r\nimprovement of local village goats in the\r\nstate at PU Prakshetra, Tirtha, Taluka\r\nTuljapur District Dharashiv. The total cost\r\nof the said project is Rs. 716.65 lakhs out\r\nof which Rs. 430.00 lakhs as central share\r\nand 286.65 lakhs state government share\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/td>\r\n -<\/span><\/td>\r\n 6.66 Crore<\/span><\/td>\r\n \r\n \r\nIn the said project Rs. 240.00 lakhs\r\nfor construction of laboratory\r\nbuilding and shed for animals and\r\nRs. 476.65 lakhs is proposed for\r\nlaboratory equipment, materials,\r\nmachines, chemicals, purchase of\r\nBuck and salary of skilled\r\nmanpower. Through the said\r\nlaboratory, high breed bucks will\r\nbe selected and their semen will be\r\ncollected, semen will be tested for\r\nvarious purposes and semen will be\r\nproduced and supplied to the\r\nartificial insemination center of\r\nAnimal Husbandry Department for\r\nartificial insemination of goats\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/td>\r\n <\/tr>\r\n
5<\/span><\/td>\r\n Scaling up\r\nArtificial\r\nInsemination in goats and sheep\r\nfrom the existing\r\nCo\r\nw\r\n-Buffalo\r\nArtificial\r\nInsemination\r\nCenters under\r\nNational\r\nLivestock\r\nMission<\/span><\/td>\r\n \r\n \r\n It is proposed to purchase artificial\r\ninsemination materials of goats and supply\r\nthem to veterinary clinics to increase Artificial Insemination in goats and sheep\r\nfrom existing cow\r\n-buffalo artificial\r\ninsemination centers in the Maharashtra\r\nstate.\r\n\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/td>\r\n -<\/span><\/td>\r\n 1.16 Crore<\/span><\/td>\r\n \r\n \r\n In order to increase Artificial\r\nInsemination in goats and sheep\r\nfrom 1666 veterinary clinics under animal husbandry department in the\r\nstate, artificial insemination\r\nmaterials for goats are being\r\npurchased to the said organization. \r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/td>\r\n <\/tr>\r\n <\/tbody>\r\n <\/table>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
